Timothy Michael Cremere
January 25, 1969-September 25, 2005A funeral will be at 1 PM Tuesday, October 4th at Central Lutheran Church, 1820 NE 21st Street in Portland. Tim died in his Portland home at age 36.
Born to his loving mother and father, Leilani and Michael Cremere, Tim grew up and made life-long friends in Salem. He gathered everyone regularly for the Clambake Golf Tournament, which he founded in Sunriver.
Tim was an accomplished athlete and his love of sports made him an All-State baseball player at Sprague High School. He attended The University of Oregon and then graduated from Willamette University where he earned a degree in economics. As a season ticket holder for UO football, Tim was a rabid Duck fan. Besides tailgating with family and friends, Tim looked forward to annual vacations on Maui and in Palm Desert. He also enjoyed fishing with his father, Mike, on the Deschutes River and the many lakes near Sunriver where the family has had a second home throughout his life. He grew up skiing on Mt. Bachelor, also in Central Oregon. In addition, Tim found the time to volunteer at the Salem Boys & Girls Club.
Tim began his investment career at Everen Securities where he met his wife Sommie. The couple was married at their favorite resort in Maui on December 2nd, 2000. Tim is the owner and founder of Coho Asset Management, LLC where Sommie is VP/Client Relations. Prior to establishing Coho, Tim was a principal in his own registered investment advisory firm working with high net-worth clients.
Survivors include his wife Sommie; parents Michael and Leilani; sister Jodi; Keeshound Mika, and countless relatives, close friends and colleagues.
